The rooftop terrace is an entertainer's dream, complete with a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor setting and 6 person spa. Relax on your sun drenched roof top whilst taking advantage and immersing yourself in the glorious uninterrupted ocean views and Nelson Bay Headlands. Only a stone's throw from the bustling Nelson Bay Marina, charters and cruises, the region's best beaches, walking trails, shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities, Harbour View Penthouse is perfect for families looking to take advantage of all Port Stephens has to offer. The property is beautifully furnished, and the modern kitchen will impress with stainless steel appliances and coffee pod machine (pods not supplied). The dining room flows onto the balcony with water views and an outdoor setting. Adjacent to the balcony, the lounge room offers substantial living space, complete with large screen smart TV and DVD player. The property also comes with free, high-speed Wi-Fi The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and you will be spoiled with a lovely outlook through floor to ceiling windows, a flat screen TV, WIR and beautifully appointed ensuite. Relax and unwind after a day of fun and adventure in the main bathroom spa bath. The second and third bedrooms also feature high quality queen beds. The penthouse also offers a sofa lounge for additional bedding for guests when required at additional cost. Internal lift access available from your secure 2 car spaces. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8. Harbour View Penthouse has a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date. The spa on the roof was a real treat. Unfortunately while we were there it was confirmed that the air con was not working and would need completely replacing. The managing agent was very responsive and provided a portable a/c unit and several fans. I don’t know if it was a particularly muggy week or the apartment just tend in the warmer side, but it was really quite uncomfortable to stay and particularly sleep without the a/c. Doors and windows open made no difference (apart from meaning the traffic noise was very loud).
