With the park being right next door makes this even better for the kids to run , play and ride their bikes or for the older kids bring the skateboard as the skate ramp is right there as well. Located a little further away from the marina than anticipated. Property on the older side along with its furniture which needs replacing. The bathroom is renovated and the shower is cozy, the beds and lounge need replacing but the view by far outweighs everything else.
