"Overall the hotel, location and amenities were fantastic. A beautiful location in a beautiful city. The 4 star for staff and service is directly related to two things: 1. No room service - in a city where there is no door dash and minimal quick easy food options, room service would have been welcome after a long day exploring 2. TV. Like many, I like to end my day with watching a movie or streaming my favourite show and the lack of Netflix, Prime or other streaming services is a miss. Particularly after a day of so much physical activity. At least have TVs that you can screen cast too with our phones. "

"Easy to find with dedicated parking across the street, I had a clean and spacious room, there is a lovely patio and it’s on the Main Street with lots of shops and heritage buildings. They offer breakfast at a reasonable rate in a beautiful restaurant. "
