We tried contacting the host over 6 hours to just gain access to the condo. We finally gained access after contacting VRBO 3 times. There was also a water main break. The host told us they’d let us know when the water was line was fixed, but only did they respond hours after it was fixed and after my husband asked for multiple updates. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Lots of windows and sunshine, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, everything was in good operating condition. It's also just a short walk over to the Wintergreen Village, making restaurants and other amenities very accessible. We had an Internet outage (provider's fault), and our hosts were very quick to respond and help us get it resolved. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. ##### Dennis K.
