Finest in Wintergreen! Welcome to our recently renovated luxury condo in the sky! Perched on the edge of the Wintergreen ridgeline, we are just a stone’s throw from nature’s bounty. Our condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and access to recreation. Hit the ski slopes, take a hike, or explore the bountiful brew and wine scene and then come enjoy the view. The horizon is 75 miles distant from our balcony on a clear day! We love hosting families with kids or couples coming to enjoy all that Wintergreen offers! The Space: Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the spacious lot for your vehicles. A short, landscaped walkway leads to our building. Once inside, walk up a short set of steps and find the front door on your right. Adjacent to the front door sits a lockable ski locker, available for your use and convenience during the winter season. Additionally, a stylish bench is provided to make taking off boots a breeze. Upon entering the property through the front door you will be welcomed into a cozy and uplifting space. Luxurious furniture and finishes abound, while thoughtful décor and artwork hang throughout. LIVING ROOM: Immediately on your left as you step into the condo you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for 5 on our comfy sofa and stylish armchairs. A large double window provides abundant natural lighting and expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Rockfish Valley. No tired old 1980’s fireplace façade here! Our renovated living room includes a high-end white quartz wall and apron in front of a cozy fireplace. Firewood is included! A smart TV with Roku sits mounted above the fireplace. Bring your own logins and enjoy any streaming app. The other end of the room provides space for dining at our table for 6\. Guests love to enjoy a home cooked meal or take-out while communing over the views from our dining table through the large sliding glass door. Highlights of the living room include: ✧ Breath taking views! ✧ Mid-century modern! ✧ Smart TV with Roku! ✧ Open to the kitchen and dining areas! ✧ Warming fireplace w/wood included! ✧ Incredible artwork! KITCHEN: The living room space opens to the kitchen with a large white quartz bar-top counter. Four modern bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. Luxury abounds in the kitchen with gorgeous stainless-steel appliances and modern cabinetry. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests appreciate the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in a local craft beer or wine and great conversation. The queen bed sits between twin nightstands with reading lights. A large closet provides added convenience and touches of home for your trip. A smart TV with Roku is provided here as well (bring your own login). The modern en-suite bathroom features a tile shower and comes equipped with towels and washcloths from Pottery Barn. OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM: The second bedroom is also off the same short hallway as the master. Bedroom 2 provides a fun space for kids and adults alike. Three twin beds – a bunk bed and additional twin bed - and a large built-in table give all the space needed to sleep 3\. Kids enjoy the bunk bed setup while adults have the option of the bottom bunk and the other twin bed at standard height. Another Roku enabled smart TV is mounted on the wall. The second bathroom sits off the hallway across from the kitchen area and provides a shower/tub combo and well sized vanity. A washer and dryer are also available for your use in a closet in this bathroom. OUTDOOR SPACE: The balcony, accessible from the living area, is one of the highlights of the condo. Well-appointed luxury outdoor furniture give our guests an incredible space to take in the natural beauty of the Shenandoah region while indulging in a morning coffee or an evening beverage. We are also walking distance to Highlands Express Chairlift. Our guests have access to two outdoor pools between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Everything was perfect. The unit is beautifully and artistically appointed, tasteful and cozy. The children loved the bunkbeds and were sad that we weren’t staying another night. For them the highpoint was building the evening fire in the fireplace. For us the sun set and sun rise over the mountains and slopes were spectacular and unforgettable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back! ##### david b. It’s a great spacious condo with a beautiful new renovation. Everything is new, looks beautiful and works great! The view is exceptional! My daughter came to wake me on our first morning to tell me that the sunrise looks just like the pictures all over the condo! It was a sky of orange and beauty! It’s a short 3 minute drive to the village. Or 2 minute walk to ski out! The only negative I wouldMention is that the 2 bedrooms are facing the parking lot and the lights that automatically turn on at dark are the brightest lights that make both bedrooms so bright at night that I couldn’t sleep that sound. I also was concerned about my 2 year old waking up due to the brightness. Luckily we travel with black trash bags and tape in the event there is a bright room not good for sleeping. If that’s a concern, then just bring trash bags lol! Otherwise this place is perfect for a wonderful stay in Wintergreen! ##### Julie M. I would recommend an ALL CAPS note on listing to say - all roads are 25mph max once guests enter the wintergreen property. Thankfully the cop just gave me a warning. Incredible appointments and amenties of the home itself. Special touches like cozy bathrobes after a long day of hiking was so appreciated. Super clean, design was very nice. I'm a designer so I pay attention to all of the details. The lighting design was nice and gives it a very cozy vibe in the evening. The beds were super comfy, the sofa was good quality which is really important to a comforatble stay. The only tiny thing that wasn't perfect was the Refridgerator seal was having issues and wouldn't close. I messaged the host and they quickly responded, but I ended up figuring it out. If it happens- you readjust the seal at the bottom of the door. ##### Emily R. The kitchen is well-stocked. The expansive view looking east over mountains and valleys is amazing. There are quite a few stairs that need to be taken to get into the condo, but there are very sturdy railings, so no worries. You may want to plan on cooking some meals in the condo, since there are not many restaurants up on the mountain. You can check their hours on the Wintergreen Weekly, which can be accessed on the Wintergreen Resorts website. The Condo was very Chic, stylish and comfortable with an AMAZING view. The weather wasn’t great which was fine with us because we intended to just chill, drink wine, watch movies and catch up. I had a massage and mani-pedi at the Spa on Friday. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedding was FABULOUS. And the communication with the owner was quick and informative. My family snowboards so having a lift within walking distance was perfect. The decor is very modern and feels very welcoming, and the view is spectacular!!! And the house has everything you could possibly need! The only thing I would recommended is if you dont have an iPhone, bring a usb-c cable with a jack end so you can use the speaker system...there could be one we didnt see, but that was the only issue we ran into.
