The wifi connections was very poor. Difficult y signing in and after doing so could not download files. The TV was also not working but that was not as important to me than not having access to wifi.

Upon check in, we were not advised unit in room (heat/cool) not functioning. Our room was insecure when we arrived (door lock keeping door open) & window was open. After long day, we left property for dinner & notice non-functioning unit upon returning. As we were too tired to address it with staff and potentially change rooms, we slept with window open & it was very warm & stale in room -- at 0545hrs Friday morning we also got to enjoy a large group of guests standing in parking lot, chatting very loudly & smoking cigarettes & pot while they waited for breakfast at 6am. Staff should have addressed this, as a courtesy to other guests. The toilet was very sluggish flushing and after showering, tub held ankle deep water, before it finally drained. Bedding smelled very sour......Needless to say, this was a very bad experience & we would never return or recommend.
