They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).
