The comfortable, detached house in Lažišťka/Nebahovy, built in 2017, offers a tranquil vacation rental surrounded by trees, with a private lawn of 1,500 m2 featuring a seasonal swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 125 cm), an outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue house, and a children's playground. Amenities include a sauna, central heating system, washing machine, and parking for three cars on the premises.

Enjoy the private outdoor space with a lawn, seasonal swimming pool (available from June 15 to September 15), an outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue house, and a children's playground featuring a slide and swing.

On the main level, you'll find one room with a double bed and another room with a double bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower, a shower/WC combination, and a sauna. Upstairs, in addition to the living room with a dining nook and satellite TV, there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds, and two with double beds. The upper level also has a kitchenette with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and a separate WC.
