### 70 sqm bright easy free parking

 My apartment is able to accommodate 1-7 people, it is suitable for couples, activities, business travelers, families (with children), groups of people. It is located near restaurants, super markets and all kinds of shops. It is on the third floor of the building. It has all the ingredients and utensils needed for breakfast, utensils for cooking meals and snack materials (pasta, rice, olive oil and others). You can reach the city center in 30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bus (bus number 25 ends at Piazza Eleftheria above the first port gate) the bus passes every 8 minutes, 40 meters from the local bus stop , 300 meters from sports fields (football, athletics and indoor basketball, leisure pools and sports), easy access to the city ring road, near the castle - museum of "Ghenti - Kule" (Eptapyrgio) near the city ancient (25 minutes on foot), near the Sheikh - Su forest (30 minutes on foot). It has views of urban spaces. The reasons you will like my apartment: comfortable, bright, well-ventilated, practical, for accommodation and for work offices, clean, completely renovated space. Modern furniture with simple lines in the living room, bathroom with decorative handmade tiles and sink - bathroom, 2 bright and clean bedrooms (12 m² each), the whole apartment is 70 m². Easy access. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Easy free parking in the area. I am available to help during your stay. Information, maps, assistance for health problems.
