Perfect option, near the beach and city center

Honestly, all perfect. Very clean, spacious room, quiet street, close to everything: restaurant, beach, cafe, supermarket, car rental. Good internet, A/C, bright room. Very friendly host, I was able to check in early and rest when I arrived, received many recommendations and a home made marmelade! What else could I want? Really recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay - we were on the second floor overlooking the street with a small balcony. The room was comfortable and had a stove top so we were able to cook some meals. There were plenty of small supermarkets around to buy food and alcohol. The room had air conditioning which we needed. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the most gorgeous Saint George Beach. We are middle of the range travellers and this suited us perfectly.

I was warmly greeted by Julian when I arrived, and he provided me with a map and lots of information, including great recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. My room was very clean and comfortable and the area is safe and quiet, with the beach very close, and many amenities in walking distance. Julian's mother kindly brought me some koulorakia, cake and the best orange marmalade I have ever tasted! So lovely! It is wonderful to stay and feel truly welcome as a guest. Real Greek hospitality at its best!

I stayed with 4 friends and we had an amazing time. The property is in a great location, about a 12 minute walk from the port. We did a cooking class during our stay as well as a boat tour with adventure seaze both were fantastic. Our favorite restaraunts were Lucullus Tavern and Naxos Bakery! Julian, his mother, and the other staff were the picture of Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for the area, kept us comfortable, and helped us every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond and made our stay in Naxos wonderful. Thank you so much for all you have done!

Charming property but needs some tlc. Shower head and taps in the bathroom constantly leaked and the bathroom wasn’t easy to move around in so we often had to use the kitchen instead. The floor often felt quite dirty despite the room being cleaned during the day. Julian was very helpful and he and his father were very friendly. Property is easily walkable from the port and the beach is less than 5 min walk away. Chora is around 10 mins with the best dining options in the labyrinthine castle grounds.

Vi kommer gerne igen!

Super rolig og central beliggenhed tæt på dejlig sandstrand med flere barer og taverner - og i gåafstand til centrum. Vi gik også til og fra færgen. Ros til hotellet for IKKE at skifte håndklæder hver dag :-) Meget opmærksom og hjælpsom værtsfamilie - vi fik blandt andet en liste med anbefalede spisesteder og kan især anbefale Oasis lige rundt om hjørnet, Bossa til morgenmad og solnedgang lige ved starten af havnen - og de små taverner i den nærmeste ende af stranden.

Siamo stati benissimo

Camera molto carina, con cucinino e balconcino. Personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibili e veramente molto ospitali (le olive che ci hanno offerto all'arrivo erano buonissime). Posizione perfetta, silenziosa e a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a supermercati, ristoranti e autonoleggi, 5 minuti a piedi dalla movida, 10 a piedi dal porto e 5 in auto dall'aereoporto. Consigliatissimo, se avrò occasione tornerò da loro.

Lovely place

This is a family run hotel. Julian and his mum Sofia are very lovely people. I could not imagine having any better hosts. They really care about you and do everything to make sure that you have the best stay at the hotel. The hotel is spotless clean and very well located. Just 2 min walk to the closest beach and 10 min walk to the center / port etc. The studio itself was very nice, there was a small kitchenette where you can find everything you need for cooking. The style of the property it a traditional Greek style. My studio was on the first floor and there was a nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. etc. I would recommend this studio to anybody who is looking for a well located, clean, safe, convenient place. 10 points to the hosts.
