An extraordinary seaside house with pool.

Casa Magnifica is a big house distributed on two floors. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a built in sofa, a guest toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the basement lower floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The lower floor also has a separate entrance.

The condo sleeps 12 comfortably (all beds are built in) but can accommodate up to 14 people when the built in couch in the living room is utilized.

Casa Magnifica has a large and beautiful private garden where you can relax, enjoy an outdoor shower or enjoy a star filled night from your lounge chair. It also has a sand garden, perfect for small children to play in.

The exceptional outdoor area is very well equipped with a big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen with extra fridge for cool drinks, a bar/gaming table, two big hang out sofas and a spectacular private jacuzzi. Overall, it has extra unique features in regards to the other condos. It has direct access to the SHARED pool area and jacuzzi from the terrace.

We enjoyed our stay at Naxos
We loved our stay at Casa Magnifica!! It is so close to several beaches and restaurants!! Efi was so, so helpful with everything. The car service that she recommended ended up being so reliable, we ended up using them almost every day. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Our main complaint is that there were no umbrellas at the pool, even though the photos on the site show umbrellas. They did provide umbrellas for the beach, but one (of the 2) had a hole in it.

Fabulous Stay
We had a really wonderful week at the property (3 adults & 4 teenagers) and altho had a car stayed we mainly stayed locally.The house is modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. There were enough restaurants to eat somewhere different each night. A two min walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to Mikra Vigla beach which was busier if that's what you wanted. The shared pool worked well - though more than 5 sunbeds would be useful. We never got to grips with the hot water situ and generally only 2-3 of us had a hot shower at any one time. The bakery across the main road was lovely - we used the supermarket behind it (not the v expensive one on the main rd).Great location, good comms and advice from the company that managed it and we would def recommend it.

Great stay
My 10 friends and I came to celebrate milestone birthdays. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property manager, Effy, is fantastic. Check in and check out were fun and easy. However, the initial contact with the property owners was trickier. I had tried messaging through VrBO site, email and WhatsApp. The responses were hit and miss. The most worrisome is the lack of an actual street address to tell the taxi drivers- or to plug into GPS. You will benefit from renting a car. But the house is walking distance to a grocery, a wonderful bakery, several restaurants and the beach. We loved the variety of the different bedrooms and how they were separated. The amenities are great- a full kitchen, 3 refrigerators and 2 washing machines, plus 2 sinks and a shower outside. Fair warning that the hot water only lasts for about 3-4 showers. The pool filter wasn’t working and they got it repaired within a day. There was some confusion with a non English speaking worker on if the hot tub was working. Overall would recommend and return.

Great Property Just Outside The Old Town
We really enjoyed the property and location. The lower units have a separate entrance which is great for multiple families looking for separation. Each has two bedrooms, shower, and washing machine. The middle level has the kitchen and additional two bedrooms and bathrooms. Top level is different unit but you still get some sunset/kite boarding views from the patio area. The private outside area is amazing with sinks, fridges, and huge dining table. The pool is shared but we enjoyed meeting our neighbors while swimming. Property management was awesome and responsive to questions. Showers are very small and beds are firm but overall still happy with our stay. You definitely need a rental car to get around the island.

Perfect for two families to share
We traveled from the US and met up with our Swedish friends in Greece for a week stay in Naxos. We enjoyed the property with 3 distinct living areas. The two downstairs entrances are accessed from the main living floor by going outside and down a few steps. This was fine for our group which was adults and teenagers - everyone was happy with the living space, and the private jacuzzi. The pool was shared but we did not see other guests more than once or twice. The property is located in a fairly windy part of Naxos (the beach a few min walk is dedicated to kite surfers) Again not a problem even when dining together outdoors as the breeze kept us cool. The fastest route is a long an unpaved road. You'll want to rent a car AND get the extra insurance as it's quite easy to accidentally scratch or ding your car as your travel around the island.
