We pay for the beach service yearly to provide two beach chairs & an umbrella for your beachtime relaxation free of charge to you! This prime location offers the closest and most convenient walk to Navarre Beach’s charming restaurants, scenic parks, and nearby boat ramp, making it a haven for both relaxation and adventure. This condo is part of an exclusive property featuring three sparkling pools and soothing hot tubs for you to enjoy, ensuring endless fun in the sun. Plus, it’s the only building with an on-site store, stocked with all the essentials you need for a carefree vacation—think refreshing smoothies, tasty snacks, sunscreen, unique souvenirs, beach and pool toys, it also has basic grocery essentials. We’re here to make your stay unforgettable—let us know how we can elevate your beach escape! 1\. All guests are required to follow the rules of the Resort. The Resort Property Management reserves the right to remove any occupants that intentionally violate Summerwind Resort rules. 2\. We are located next to a large public beach. To protect your exclusive access to the Resort amenities, it is mandatory that all SWR guests 12 years of age & older wear the current Summerwind Resort wristband while on property. Any person found on Resort grounds without a wristband must be considered a trespasser. Children under 12 without a wristband must be accompanied by an adult wearing a wristband. 3\. Al cars in the parking lot must display a parking pass. The 9 parking spaces under the building are privately owned and NOT for public use. 4\. All 3 buildings have an OWNERS ONLY pet policy. 5\. We have 3 community pools, 3 community hot tubs & 3 individual fitness facilities for your enjoyment on the property. All owners & registered guests are assured equal access to use those amenities. Any action by one that denies the right of enjoyment by another is prohibited. Any action by one that would endanger themselves or another is prohibited. 6\. By Fire Department rule, no beach supplies may be left outside of the front doors of each unit. Each building has beach supply corrals close to the pool/parking garage gates. 7\. No food within 4 feet of the pools & absolutely No drinks IN the pools. 8\. No lifeguard is ever on duty. Al children under 12 must be supervised by an adult on the pool deck. Swim a t your own risk. 9\. Absolutely NO smoking, NO tobacco products & NO GLASS allowed on the pool deck. 10\. Boats, trailers & RV's are only allowed in the parking lot in the back row next to Gulf Blvd on a space available basis. They must be registered with the Property manager. If there is no parking available, the public parking lot across the street is approved for parking also. 11\. No throwing anything from the balcony. No hanging anything from the balcony railing ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES ON BALCONY. Grilling can only be done in designated areas poolside, between buildings. 12\. Zero tolerance for vandalism, drunkenness & trespassing offenses. 13.Pools open at 9am and close at 10pm. I rely on reviews before I pick a vacation destination but this one didn’t have many since it was new but it looked great from the pictures and the price was tempting so we took a chance and booked this condo. Bottom line, it met all of our expectations! It was as beautiful as the pictures show and the location to everything was awesome! The condo came with all the kitchen gadgets that you might need and the beds were very comfortable! It was also just the right floor level to have a spectacular view of the ocean. We saw dolphins on multiple mornings of our stay! If you like golfing, there is a nice course about 15 minutes away. My husband and son did that for the day and said it was great too! My kids loved the smoothies at the Beach store in our building and we also loved grabbing lunch at the windjammer. The Fried pickles are a must try! Overall you will not go wrong with this condo! It’s one of our favorites now and we will definitely be coming back again! ##### Hailey P. The unit was tastefully decorated with a modern, coastal vibe that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and care into making the space welcoming.The view was incredible, and being just steps from the beach made our trip even more relaxing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and responsive—any time we had a question, they got back to us right away and made sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept getaway by the ocean. Everything was just beautiful! The location is wonderful. Walking to the pier, Andy D’s, and The Windjammer was so easy. We loved having the little shop on the first floor. We needed ice and bandaids. Both were available there. The mango peach smoothies were delicious too. We couldn’t have had a better experience. ##### Donna H. Owners were quick to respond, open to suggestions, and styled this condo beautifully! With three king size beds each with their own bathroom, this is perfect for a group get away! The view of the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and gym amenities throughout our stay. Highly recommend this unit and we plan to rebook here for future trips! Our first time using VRBO to book a vacation couldn't of been any more wonderful! We had no idea of what to expect minus the pictures, and as accurate as the pictures are, they honestly don't do justice to how luxurious this condominium feels! This unit provided each and every thing we could ever need in the kitchen, with the washer/dryer, in the bathrooms, and the bedrooms. Our daughters (13 and 10) asked within a day if we can start making this place "our yearly thing". Needless to say, we couldn't agree more with them. The serenity provided in this space is truly breathtaking and allows for the ultimate of peace and relaxation. The property is professionally maintained and secured and absolutely perfect for families or couples. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is within a block of this property. You have three restaurants, bars, and activities for all ages. We simply hit the jackpot finding this rental, and so thankful for the opportunity to stay here!
