Came to visit my daughter whom lived in Waterford sound but wanted to have our on space. This fit all our needs and very clean. The resident who live on site are absolutely amazing and friendly could not ask for a more perfect place and people . I would highly recommend this to anyone and will stay again. My only complaint is I had 8 and that is who stayed in condo but I asked bc I wanted to have my daughter and grandkids over after beach day for dinner but because max was 8 and that is me my husband son his wife and 3 kids and my other son I was told I could not have my daughter and family over for dinner. Let know it would be just dinner and was told if we have 8 we cannot have visitors over to eat and visit. That was a very bad let down as traffic backs up at times and we wanted to just have dinner after beach in condo. I hope that a few exceptions with allowances should be made totally understand having extra stay over night but for just a dinner and I was told no. I really enjoyed the decks off of the living room and primary bedroom. The views were lovely. The only thing I would change is the metal on the steps as they were a trip hazard and hard on our bare feet. Also, the people in the condo next door kept parking in our spot and using the water hose to clean out their boat which was really annoying. Otherwise, a lovely home and we hope to return soon. This location was much bigger then expected and had all of the amenities of a fully stocked house. Honestly we could have left half of our stuff at home. The extra beds and comfy couches could have easily fit more then the 4 of use who went. Loved the Turtle Sanctuary down the street, and everyone was sooo nice. The only draw back was that the internet did not get fixed while we were there, but this was very minor, as we spent a great deal of time at the beach. And we were able to watch Netflix on the TV at the end of the day. With four girls, having two full sized bathrooms was a big hit! It was very well decorated without being over the top. Vacasa did a great job of cleaning the house before we got there. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Ample room, kitchen adequately equipped. A little noisy on the weekend nights with the bar across Juanas (bar and restaurant) across the way. That's our only complaint. We did make a complaint regarding stained bedding but they offered to come change it.
