Come relax with family and friends at this peaceful Florida Coast Hideaway. Make memories on the white sand beaches located just 5 minutes away by car. Enjoy tasty local restaurants and fun shopping areas nearby. This spacious house offers a cozy living space with 55” smart TV, high-speed Wi-fi internet, 3bedrooms with smart TVs , 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with Drip and Keurig coffee makers, as well as a laundry room for you to use. The house is located at the end of a private road surrounded by magnificent pine trees with a large wooden deck that offers grilling/barbecue station and outdoor dining table. You can also enjoy an outdoor fire pit in the corner of the huge backyard. Driveway accommodates at least 4 cars. They made our stay very uncomfortable. There is no hot tub. It is a bathtub and does not have jets. The owner complained of smoke smell because you could not smoke outside after dark due to the bears. When I offered to get the smoke radication paid for thru the insurance no invoice or receipt was provided for me to file a claim. I was more than willing to submit the claim and get the cost reimbursed but all that was asked for was payment for the following parties cancellation. ##### Abe B. This property was a charming sanctuary in the woods that was close to Navarre city and Navarre Beach. We went from surrounded by trees to the beach in ten minutes. The yard is well maintained and offers space to play in the yard and a large fire pit. The back deck is spacious and inviting. It was great for morning coffee. We rented the house to have a quiet Thanksgiving with a friend in the area. When we told the host that we would have Thanksgiving there, they even messaged asking if we needed a larger table or more chairs. (We didn't. The exisiting table and barstools were plenty of seating for our dinner and board games.) All of the furniture was comfortable and allowed for restful evenings. ##### Lindsey H.
