The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico with opportunities for water sports activities for all ages and skill levels. Enjoy a day at the beach relaxing, shelling and taking in the uncrowded beauty, white quartz sand, and emerald waves. After the beach take a swim in the pool before dinner, then enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy sharing stories in Adirondacks around the fire pit into the night. Games for all ages are stocked in the bonus room of the home. Ready for an exciting day excursion? The home is centrally located 25 min to Destin and 30 min to Pensacola!

While the house is not childproof, it is family friendly and a Pack n Play is included.  
We DO NOT allow parties of any kind.  
Must be 25 years old to book.  
No smoking of any kind indoors.  
  
Pool rules-  
There is NO child fence around the pool. It is our preference that children visiting know how to swim.  
Children MUST BE supervised and accompanied by parent or guardian at all times when using the pool.  
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.  
No diving, pushing or running.  
  
SECURITY:  
For your protection and ours, there is 1 Ring front facing security camera with flood lights at the driveway, recording audio and video of the property exterior.   
  
RENTAL RULES:  
1\. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. Smoking of any kind inside the home will incur a $500 fine, in addition to any costs incurred for mitigation.  
2\. Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited.  
3\. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online listing. No more than 10 guests (including infants) are allowed in the house. If the occupancy limit is exceeded or the Manager receives information about excessive noise, Host has the right to evict all guests and occupants immediately without refund of any remaining nights.  
4\. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs on the premises.  
5\. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.  
6\. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they may invite to use said premises.  
7\. Bunk beds: Bunk bed and ladder are used at your own risk. There is no jumping on or from bunk beds allowed.  
8\. Weather: No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. Consideration may be given for re-bookings, depending on situation.  
9\. Pool: There is no child fence around the pool. Swimming is at own risk. It is highly recommended children know how to swim. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  
10\. Pet policy: We allow 1 pet per stay with a one time pet fee. Please ensure you clean up after your pet to avoid incurring extra cleaning charges.  
\- Pets are not allowed on any furniture, bedding, or blankets at any time.  
\- Pets must be under control of owner at all times.  
\- Pets must use the bathroom outside. Please clean up defecations in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide bags so we ask you come prepared.  
\-Also, please be sure to bring a travel kennel and bedding so your pet will feel more at home!  
  
It is assumed by confirming this reservation that these rules have been read and acknowledged. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in additional charges.

The property was just wonderful. We had 10 people stay. Comfortable & the host was great to work with. Less than 10 minute drive to beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Will definitely consider this place again.

House needs a good deep cleaning and a few upgrades. No window covering on back sliding glass door. Afternoon sun made dining area hot. Garbage cans on side of house smelled of fish and covered with flies.

The owners communication was excellent until towards the end of our stay. The house was fine, could use some TLC. The location was okay, easy to get places.

#### My stay

We had an okay experience. I didn’t get in contact with the host until two days before my stay which made me feel nervous because we payed so much to stay here. Upon arrival check in was great no problems there. Setting in the home we noticed the home wasn’t very clean all around. We spent our first hour cleaning so we could unpack. We even say mold in the coffee machine. One of the major things that sucked was the grassy part of the yard. We brought yard games to play and even our dog. The yard had thorns all over it. They got stuck in everybody’s feet including the dog. And I had to bring my dog into urgent care because the thorns infected her feet. And there were some even on the pool deck. The other thing that was disappointing is the pictures made this home look way bigger and better than what it is. It was packed with 6 adults and a dog. We messaged the host about these problems and they did take care of us by a small refund of our money. But the location is nice and beaches around are also nice. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

#### Hidden Gem

Our recent stay was very relaxing, everything from the spacious master and kids room, comfortable beds, lovely beach decor and fresh water pool made this home perfect for my family. We were less than 10 minutes from the beach and 2 min from the grocery store. The host checked in on us and answered all my questions. We are already making plans to come back next summer.

#### Family Vacation

We had a great stay at Turtle Cove! We had 10 people (7 adults & 3 kids) and were comfortable with the accommodations. The location was perfect. The house is in a quiet residential subdivision right off Navarre Parkway where all the shops and restaurants are. Navarre beach was an easy drive, 5 minutes away. The host Kyle was very quick to respond with our questions and the house had everything we needed and more.
