Beautiful turquoise water. Gorgeous view for miles. Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 16th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area. This lovely appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall sliding glass doors to showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass door lets in an abundant amount of light. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master and a King in the second bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bathroom offers an oversized shower and separate oversized tub. The second bathroom is newly renovated and is a shower and single vanity. Bedroom Configurations: Master bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2. 2nd Bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2. Living Room: Pull out Couch-Double bed: sleeps 2. The condo feels airy and spacious, the open concept is incredible! The balcony on the back of the condo is the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island. The West pool is heated full-time. The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl. We do provide foldable beach chairs for the number of guests the property sleeps. \*\*This complex does utilize outside security cameras. You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards. Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site. This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. We arrived to beautiful Christmas music and welcome gifts. The views from the 16th floor are fabulous. The 2 king beds are so comfortable and living room seating and dining room seating and outdoor seating were all top notch. Everyone was comfy at all hours of the day. Parking is easy, as well as access to the unit…very close to the elevators. The pool area is great, & getting to the beach couldn’t be any easier!! We had amazing views from our balcony. There was need to go out and buy anything for the beach. This unit has a million dollar view- I love staying at the Pearl Condos- very close to some excellent restaurants- walkable to many restaurants. I love being close to the pier and the drive down the National Seashore is beautiful ! Very relaxing on the balcony. Condo has very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable visit. We will definitely be back again soon. ##### Lana B.
