The condo was very clean except for the floors. Our feet were very dirty after walking around. The doors and windows are connected to a sensor that turns off the ac if left open more than 1 minute. Pool was serviced each morning and was clean. Easy access to beach. Start out supplies provided ( dish liquid, dishwasher tab, paper towels, toiletries) was a nice added touch. Plenty of towels. Bed was a bit too firm for us but that was the only thing I could complain about it.
