Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, one Queen size bed in the one Guest Bedroom Suite and two Full size beds in the second Guest Bedroom Suite. . At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 7 people including infants and small children. AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age. DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In. The views are amazing. It was my spouse and our 3 kids aged 5-11, and they all loved it. Waking up to the ocean every morning is truly amazing. The condo was large, and had everything you could need to cook a 5 course meal. We however went out to dinner at night! We will be back. The white sand here is far better than any we have found thruout the world. Didn't realize a place with Sand like that existed in the U.S.A!! GREAT JOB NAVERRE REGENCY!!! ##### John Z.
