Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children. AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age. DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In. When we first walked in, i was extremely impressed on how clean and fresh our unit was. Im a landlord and property investor so i know what it takes to get it this way! Everything is kept up daily. Staff is always emptying trash and cleaning the pool. Parking is close and not crowded. My contact, Thane, was very communicated and professional. Towels and kitchen utensils were provided and fully functional. The balcony is large and beautiful! Pool is huge and clean and everyone is considerate. We had a small issue with a broken bed that appeared to be previously patched but thats a needle in a haystack. Im very impressed!
