This condo is new to the rental market. It’s never been a vacation rental until this season. Comes with Beach Service, 2 chairs, 1 umbrella . This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 1st floor of the Beach Colony East building at Beach Colony Resort. This condo offers Gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beaches of Navarre await you from every window and from your own private balcony. This Gorgeous Condo sleeps up to 8 people. With over 1750 square feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family, for entertaining friends while on your vacation. This Condo has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, so that your family has everything they need to have an amazing vacation at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views of the Gulf. There's nothing better than sipping your morning coffee on the spacious large balcony overlooking the beach.The comfortably furnished living room offers an large flat screen smart TV, large sofa sectional. There is plenty of seating for everyone to relax together. The condo has A full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels. All doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the large balcony. The master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows. The second bedroom offers two full size beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom offers a queen- size bed and a full closet. Private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs,umbrella, and much more. Enjoy the emerald waters of the spectacular beach at Beach Colony Resort. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of two towers. Each floor has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. The resort offers One very large pool and a large fitness center which is directly across from this condo on the same floor. The best thing about this vacation home, (other than the tasteful and comfortable amenities, amazing views, beautiful white sand beach, and gorgeous sunsets) is the location! There is a Keurig coffee maker and there are lined pickleball courts, although the lines are faded. Several of the light bulbs were burnt out and the smoke alarm batteries were dead and bleeping at us. We were asked to start a load of towels but soap was not provided. It was stocked with everything we needed and more! The only complaints we had was that the floor was very dirty (needed a good mopping and the vacuum didn’t work well), one of the closets was broken, and the pool was freezing cold. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The condo was nicely updated, it was nice having codes for everything so we didn’t have to worry about keys, and the layout was perfect for families with different ages. The view was nice, the beaches were beautiful with lots of shells for our kids, and it wasn’t too busy. It was definitely “peace by the sea”! ##### Travis C. The use of the space was wonderful .. plenty of room for all eight of us plus the baby with no one having to sleep in the living room! Well stocked with essentials.
