The community is very quiet, and we took advantage of the fishing pier and pool when we weren’t on the beach. The home itself was a bit outdated and could use some TLC, but it got the job done. The location on the sound was quiet and had lots of outdoor space to utilize. We were able to launch our kayak easily from the beach area. I have two small kids (1&3) now and the private beach behind the condo was absolutely perfect for our boys to enjoy the sun, sand, and water all day long without being knocked over by waves. The condo itself was clean; we enjoyed spending time in there when we did. The back lawn and beach is a good place to view the Blue Angels practicing from NAS Pensacola. The stuff needed 1 and a half day to come and fix my Wifi. I spend Hours of my so needed Vacation on calling and texting Vacasa and the staff. And normale I‘m very minimalistisch an don’t need much and I‘m not a complainer. It has to be clean and silent and Wifi. That’s all. There was loud Noise and a construction side right on my outside wall and window. One day the ocean view window was tarped because they painted and cleaned the House Fassade with high pressure machines.
