With no expense spared, this incredible beachfront estate will blow you away! Remodeled in 2024, this is the perfect place for a retreat, wedding, or relaxing vacation on the crystal clear blue Navarre waters. Located on an oversized lot with private beach walkover, this home is the epitome of privacy and luxury for your stay! This 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath home offers unparalleled sunrise and sunset views. House sleeps 20 in beds, no bunks! The main floor features a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, and large living room with soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. Outside you'll enjoy a large outdoor living area overlooking the ocean with loungers, dining, and living furnishings. You can even catch the Blue Angels flying frequently off the balconies as well as many dolphins in the ocean due to the private and quiet feel of Navarre. The spacious master suite offers a large bedroom and bathroom with sliding doors onto an oceanfront balcony. There is also a half bathroom for guests and a second downstairs suite with views overlooking the bay. The second floor features two oceanfront guest suites with large private balconies on the ocean plus a third guest bedroom and two bonus rooms. On the beach level, there is a massive enclosed garage with multiple oversized doors that open towards the beach and private walkover to beach to allow the perfect venue for events or weddings, or just your own personal enjoyment. The walkover has storage featuring lots of beach toys, and in the garage you'll find beach chairs and other accessories for your enjoyment. This nearly 4000sqft home sleeps 20 adults (and/or children) all in beds - no bunks! All bedrooms feature large smart TVs, luxurious memory foam mattresses, and plenty of upgraded linens for comfortable enjoyment of the home and beach alike. The two car garage and circular driveway provide plenty of parking for guests. This property allows events including weddings. For events of less than 20 guests, the fee is $575\. For events of 20-49 guests, the fee is $1075\. For events with 50-74 guests, the fee is $1575\. For events with 74+ guests, the fee is $2075. Other amenities available include "Grocery Concierge" which provides grocery delivery, meal and event planning services, https://www.grocery-concierge.... There is also "Shipt" for regular grocery delivery, as well as Uber Eats and Door Dash. There are also golf cart rentals available. There is no smoking allowed on the property or the grounds and no pets allowed. Please do not leave windows open during your stay, it will damage the home. Now for the bad, this is not nor should ever be listed as a 7 bedroom house. 2 of the so called bedrooms are located through a bedroom, through a closet. This 2 rooms have no windows and only way out is through closet. The other bedroom on the top floor has to also share 1 of the 2 bathrooms inside the 2 bedrooms upstairs along with anyone sleeping in the 2 bedrooms inside the closets. The main floor has 1 of the most beautiful master suites with porch access and outstanding views. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has to exit room, travel through portions of living room, then go through kitchen, through pantry, past washer and dryer to get to toilet and shower. I have stayed at multiple Vrbo listings over the past 15 plus years and will continue to do so, but my honest opinion is this is not a 7 bedroom house. If you are looking for a beautiful 3 maybe 4 bedroom house in a great location, look no further, but if you are looking for more bedrooms, look very close before booking. ##### todd c. Plenty of room for multiple families to have plenty of room to roam around. First, the house did not look like the pictures advertised. It was listed as having 7 bedrooms, but in reality, there were only 5 real bedrooms and 2 mattresses shoved into closets—this was misleading and disappointing for our group.When we arrived, several things were already wrong:The garage door was brokenThere were barely any towels providedNo bath mats at allBroken ping pong paddlesThe WiFi was terribleAfter we left (on a Friday), we suddenly started receiving messages from the owner days later claiming we damaged towels, bath mats, washcloths, ping pong paddles, and the garage door—all of which were either missing or broken when we got there. It’s clear they are trying to scam us out of more money and seems this is a trend they are doing. The most concerning part: the stairs in the home are extremely dangerous with NO proper lighting. Multiple people in our group fell, including elderly family members. It’s honestly a huge safety hazard.Overall, it was still a great vacation but between the misleading listing, unsafe conditions and attempts to blame us for pre-existing damage we were not happy in the end. ##### Ashley C. The house is absolutely beautiful and we stayed there for my mom's 90th birthday. We were unable to go out on the deck because of the rain and it is very nice out there.. the only part I had trouble with was the stairs cause I had a knee replacement a few months ago, and my mother, uses a walker and had to be carried by my grandsons up the stairs, other than that everything was great. ##### Kim S. My guests enjoyed the ocean views and walks on the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would add, we could have used a few more kitchen garbage bags and paper towels, we did our own cooking due to weather and not wanting to leave the house. The space was clean, comfortable and great for the beach wedding we hosted. The host was responsive and friendly. There are plenty of activities in and around Navarre, but just being in this home , steps from the beach on a private walkway, is a vacation all by itself.
