Resort Amenities include pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, two queen sized beds in the guest ensuite; and a king sized bed in the third ensuite. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender. Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Large, clean, and a balcony off every bedroom. A great corner unit with sunlight from all angles. It's the little things that make great accommodations. Beautiful, new decor. Decorated very nicely and felt like home. Storage room in ground floor very useful to store your beach gear in. Property manager was very helpful. The room code did not work on arrival. Linda was very helpful when I called her at 8pm Saturday night and situation was resolved immediately. My only suggestion is to provide a bit more info regarding arrival, correct room code and provide the storage room code at check in also. You will not be disappointed with this property. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the beach service. Our condo came with the chairs and umbrella But we still had to claim a spot early in the morning and it wasn’t possible to be on the front row of the 3 rows of chairs. Beach boy was totally lacking in people skills and was quite rude to us and all the other people we had conversations with on the various days. Sometimes the chairs on the front were never occupied ...otherwise condo and the office staff were awesome ##### Beth L. The view off the balcony was spectacular. The rounded balconies give you much more room. All the mechanical systems worked well. There was room for all of us to sit in the living room and visit. Yet we each had a large comfortable bedroom and our own private bathrooms when it was time to be alone. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was very adequate. The management was very helpful and accommodating with any requests that we had. We loved it so much we went down and talked to them about buying a unit. ##### Carol M.
