Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably. Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex. Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun. Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed. The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance. The unit was spotless upon arrival and perfectly located—just steps from the beach with amazing views right from the balcony. The easy access to the sand and water made our days super relaxing, and we loved having our morning coffee with that ocean view.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The beds were really comfortable too, which isn’t always the case when you travel—so we definitely appreciated that!The only small thing we wished was different: it would’ve been nice to have a few more basic supplies like kitchen cleaning items, a little extra toilet paper and paper towels, and maybe some more laundry detergent. Most other places we've stayed have included those basics, and it would’ve made things just a bit more convenient.Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay and we’d absolutely return. Low key island with easy access across bridge to grocery, etc. We went into Pensacola one night with the most beautiful drive through the island. The condo was big and very clean. The balcony was amazing with a great view. Parking was super close. Elevators were never crowded. The only cons: The kitchen wasn't as stocked with cooking utensils like I am used to. Booking was through a rental company, so communication was minimal. I am used to renting from private owners that communicate more. The one big drawback for my family with children was that the pool was not heated. During our Fall Break trip in October, it was too cold to swim. ##### Kelli R. We will stay there again. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close. No lock on the door.
