Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king beds in the second bedroom, and 2 twin sized beds all with smart televisions. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed and bedding available upon request. Please notify your host at least 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE to have the inflatable bed in the unit upon your arrival. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender. Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit. Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun. For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Rules and Restrictions: \-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. The location is great for groups, and the beach chair service was excellent.On the downside, the unit was not cleaned to our standards, and the oven door was broken. It was great having the full size washer and dryer. Thanks for including the daily beach chair service of two chairs and an umbrella. I do feel that dealing with actual owner's is my preference. Rental properties managed by companies and never occupied by owner's are often poorly kept. This was a prime example. The layout of condo was very nice. Elevator's were easy to access. The room desperately needed a deep clean. Walls dirty. Kids feet were filthy walking on floor. Kitchen was not stocked well. No blankets. My son went to Wal-Mart to purchase a blanket. King mattress in second bedroom extremely worn and should have been replaced long ago. Shower heads in second bedroom and twin bedroom were horrible. Comforter on second bedroom bed appeared to have dried blood and was dirty. We felt the price we paid was excessive for this condo. The satellite in two extra bedrooms didn't work and balcony doors didn't lock. The beds were too hard for our liking and pillows too thick and uncomfortable. I would also add a rug by the bed to wipe your feet on. These are the things I would change. Pool was amazing. Broussards down the road had great food and the pier is great to walk out on. Relaxing quiet mornings laying in bed or sitting on balcony were not possible. The condo itself has a broken shower door & although owner offered to send maintenance, it should have been working properly prior to arrival. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. As far as the beaches, scenery and weather, it was just as beautiful as always. We absolutely loved the condo. It is one of the largest condos we have stayed in. Loved the decor. We had a few issues with the condo but what could be taken care of was. The 2 sliding glass doors did not lock. Maintenance looked at them and the locks have to be replaced. We loved the TV's in all of the rooms. Makes me want to mount my TV on the wall at home. One suggestion in the main room. There is a constant glare on the TV because the type of blinds do not keep the glare out. ##### Ralph H.
