Welcome to Ticolet by Totiaran, located in the Val de Ruda residential complex, situated in the prestigious 1500 quota of Baqueira Beret. This charming accommodation is more than just an apartment; it is your gateway to an exceptional experience in Baqueira.   
  
Ticolet by Totiaran is a beautiful apartment with plenty of natural light, a holiday rental in Val de Ruda, with 2 bedrooms for 5 people; located at the foot of the slopes at the 1500 level of Baqueira Beret. This apartment in Baqueira has direct access from the urbanisation lift to the 1500 cable car of Val de Ruda. An unbeatable location for ski lovers. And during the summer it is ideal for exploring the mountain routes of the Ruda valley and cycling.   
  
Entering the Ticolet by Totiaran, it is composed of a dining room, with a large smart TV, two comfortable sofas and opposite a two-sided fireplace to enjoy the warmth. Next to it is the dining room with a table for 6 diners and it has the window on two sides where you can enjoy a lot of natural light with access to a balcony.   
  
The open kitchen area offers cupboards and shelves, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all accessories.   
  
This accommodation in Baqueira offers the bedroom area - next to the entrance - where the main bedroom is located with a double bed, comfortable headboard and next to it a wardrobe. This bedroom offers an incorporated bathroom with shower tray. The second bedroom is a triple bunk bed and also has wardrobes; next to this bedroom is a second full bathroom.   
  
Between the corridor of this area, there is a cleaning utensils cabinet where the washer-dryer is located   
  
The apartment in Val de Ruda is fully equipped and furnished and has a parking space with a ski storage locker in the parking level of Val de Ruda.   
  
From the car park you can go to the ski storage rooms and in turn have access to the lifts to go directly to the 1500 cable car of Val de Ruda which will leave you at the same entrance of the ski pass control to enter the Chairlift.   
  
But what really makes this accommodation stand out is its privileged location in Val de Ruda. Located just steps away from the ski slopes and close to a variety of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities, it is the perfect starting point to explore everything Baqueira has to offer.
