For shared use: property 2'500 m2, garden. Private: natural state property 200 m2, beautiful garden, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 16 km, bar 3 km, bus stop "Nättraby" 3 km, ferry "Karlskrona" 16 km, sandy beach 5 m. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Sweden's golf coast, Barnens gård, Blekinge museum, Boda borg, Eriksberg Safaripark, ARK56\. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.  
"Sjuhalla utsikten", 1-room house 30 m2\. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child.
