The only downside was that the washing machine was not working. It would fill with water and empty but not agitate or spin. We had been away for a week so were keen to catch up with our washing, so this was disappointing. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the well appointed amenities. ##### Nicola C. Having two separate wings of the house, including 2 living areas and bathrooms, meant that we never had to worry about running out of space. The location was a fantastic base for the Tama Lakes Walk and the following day we enjoyed relaxing in the spa, as well as playing the PS2 - which was very nostalgic for us 90s babies. The house is easy to heat with a modern wood burner and ventilation system. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### James E.
