The charming sunroom, complete with plush seating, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the serene views. If that's not enough, Pointe Royale, a gated community, provides guests with access to a range of top-notch amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, an 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. With endless options for recreation and relaxation, you'll never be bored at this heavenly oasis. Don't wait to book your stay and start making unforgettable memories!  
  
The open concept design of this home combines living, dining, and cooking into one shared space with room for your whole group to gather. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and cookware for meals to be made and enjoyed at home. This home is also equipped with a reverse osmosis water purifying system. Casual dining and morning coffee can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, while more formal meals can flow to the dining table which seats 6. Cozy up in the living room where plush couches face a smart tv, perfect for laid-back movie nights. No matter how you decide to share your leisure hours, it’s sure to be a trip filled with quality time!  
  
This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.  
  
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.  
  
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, sun room access, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.  
  
Lofted Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This open room is located on the second floor and can also double as extra living space.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.  
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.  
• The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.  
• 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.  
• This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs, there is no elevator.
