The community offers tennis courts, golf pitching green, children's playground and pools. The luxurious townhouse style villa has three beautiful bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms on two floors and will sleep six. The comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for the vacation of a lifetime! The home is located with the Palm Cay gated community in the south east of New Providence. We are not far from supermarkets and some fast food, pharmacy and banks. But if you want more restaurants then a 10 to 15 minute drive downtown will offer you that. This is a quiet, residential community - very beautiful and safe. The Sandpiper Villa is only a 30-minute drive from Nassau's international airport and a little over 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can be made for guests. Renting a private villa in The Bahamas is amazing and you will be pleasantly surprised by our reasonable rates and quality accommodation. The home is 2,200 square feet on 2 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkelling. The gorgeous villa features tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the upper floor. The Sandpiper Villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning on the ground floor and a separately controlled AC system for the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, lovely décor and an ensuite bathroom with twin showers. There is a second bedroom on the same level and has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom on the upper floor has with a queen-sized bed and has a shared bathroom with a full bath and shower, which it shares with bedroom two. The downstairs floor has a powder room. The living room is spacious and features extremely comfortable sofas, contemporary fittings, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a flat screen TV offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music. From this property you have access to the pool, sea, beach and amenities. The kitchen at The Sandpiper Villa is fully equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer. This home is not directly on the beach and is on the second row of homes and is only 50 steps away from the sand. There are a number of games and activities in the home as well as some beach toys and pool floats for your use. And the Wi-Fi is excellent. Amenities include an owner's clubhouse (additional fee applies) with restaurant and bar, beautiful beach, beach bar, a full-service deep-water marina, swimming pools and tennis courts make Palm Cay one of the most desired gated communities in Eastern New Providence. Loved the beach and pool. We rented a car so location not an issue. Pink octopus and marine cafe were both good. As far as supplies, more blankets and a couple of beach chairs would be nice. The beach club has some crazy rules about their beach chairs. They wanted 3 day minimum for everyone in your party. Had to pass on that. We rented a jet ski on the beach and that was fun. Mike very responsive. A breathtaking unobstructed view of the crystal clear waters with a beachfront deck made every morning magical. The provided beach towels, paddle board, kayak, tennis rackets, and outdoor seating ensured that no time was wasted enjoying fun in the sun. Perfect balance of privacy and relaxation while not being to far from authentic Bahamian cuisine and culture. Communication in advance of the trip was excellent and the house/location guide with referrals made the trip much smoother. The only downside to the place is that the area is far from restaurants and downtown activities. We used a reliable taxi service with car seats to take 3 trips downtown still. The property and beach were super clean and quiet. We loved letting our young kids run on the beach and play outside without worrying about crowds. ##### Ryan B. The only comment I would say was a bummer is the unit had no beach chairs or umbrella for the beach In front of us -we went to the beach club every day -towel service was uneven -we loved the privacy and quiet for reading and family time ! The pink octopus was too expensive for the quality of the food.
