"Gail and mark are excellent hosts, Mark's knowledge of the environment and location definitely adds to th experience.A nice relaxing time in the bush"
"Camp Shawu Tents have a unique location in front of a watering hole that house Hippos, and see a string of animals come to hydrate like elephants, impalas, and giraffes....You can seat on your deck and enjoy the show. Our Safari Guide Sifiso, was AMAZING! He made the trip even more special.
The property lacks maintenance ...the pool was not maintained hence looked like a mosquito fest, the umbrellas were all broken hence no shade to sit out on the beautiful deck overlooking the watering hole,...

Thank you very much to Lynette and Esti for making us feel welcome and making my Dad’s 80th birthday weekend so special, from a lovely birthday cake to champagne!
Lido was very helpful and looked after us the entire weekend.
Our rooms were beautiful and the food lovely.
A special thank you to Bertie. You made the game drive so memorable. He went out of his way to show us as much as possible and his knowledge on the animals were amazing!
Kruger Riverside Lodge is a small establishment which cares for their guests and make you feel like you are at a 5-star resort.

"My and my family stayed at Kruger Kumba for 2 nights in early Jan , needless to say it was quite hot - 37 degrees .
The property over all is good but there were some issues which i would specify :
1) There is only one air conditioner in the lounge which is not sufficient for the rooms on a hot day ( even after keeping all windows and doors closed)
2) The Braai equipment was not cleaned and gave an ick , Requesting the owner to address this kindly
3) There were no basic toiletries provided - Shampoo / shower gel . Please make sure you get your own stuff .
4) The floor is wooden hence makes quite some noise when one walks , you would need to walk slowly to make sure others don't get disturbed .
