The floors in our unit were filthy. Walking barefooted, your feet were black in no time. Many things like the phone and lamps were caked with dust. The showers and bathrooms, however, were clean. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our garbage disposal did not work and maintenance fixed it right away. The listing for the property stated an indoor pool, which was closed for renovation and this could have been clarified, and a playground that no longer exists on the property and was a feature that we used to consider when booking. Overall the room was fine for my family of 7.

Great location
The location is very nice and it is a quiet place to stay. The outside of the property recently renovated but the inside is not. The carpeting, furniture, appliances, etc. are very old and in need of a remodel. It is very clean and quiet. However, the worst part is upon check in you are stalked about a time share.

Loved the location. Close to Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills (shopping and restaurants). Our biggest gripe was that the tv service wasn’t working so we had no tv during our stay. Would’ve liked to know that ahead of time so we weren’t surprised when we tried to watch it. Despite that, we would stay here again.

The condo was a bit dated. The vanity and sink were too low, made for people 5 foot and shorter. Toilet also made for small people. The outdoor pool was roped off and we were only able to use it one day. Upon arrival I would have liked an information packet. I used the QR code, but not enough information.

We did a family trip to the Gaylord/Opryland Christmas on Ice Festival. We rented a two bedroom deluxe unit that was spacious, clean, and convenient to everything that we were wanting to do. The location is less than a mile from the Opryland hotel, grand old Opry house, and the Opry mills mall. Our unit had One king bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom had two full-size beds and a large shower/bathroom. Also included was a fully stocked kitchen a living room with a pull out sofa (we did not use) and a large dining table. This was the first time staying at a club Wyndham facility, we had previously always stayed at the Opryland/Gaylord hotel but this will be our go to place from now on

Extremely close to Opry Gaylord, Grand Old Opry and Opry Mills. Easy access to downtown.
So close to everything. Venture beyond the Nashville proper and enjoy the hiking, walking and nature around the area. My only issue is that I didn’t know that I rented a time share. I didn’t want to listen to the sales pitch. Not a big deal and didn’t impact our enjoyment there. Just would have liked to know.

We thought that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, However, Even though I did not take part I'm not a fan of the hustle to sell a Time share. Its actually discouraging as a guest to find out about freebies but only if you participate in the Time share hustle. I think if you can offer free shuttle to some along with discount that I feel the same should be offered to others. Anyways, our room was very clean, location was good and everything in the room was working.

Great Nashville Location with shuttle
Other than all the maintenance it was a good stay. Had a group of 8 that were down for a golf trip. Great location and they have a shuttle that goes downtown. Nice hot tub and the pool was heated.

Pleased with stay
All was good except for kitchen storage. No place to put grocery items. Everything had to stay on counter which created a real clutter. Otherwise, facility was excellent.
