Who wants another bland grey place on their vacation? This condo was a playful, tasteful stay with many amenities. All on one level for my elderly mom too. Lots of space for a group to spread out—including a wraparound balcony with nicely cushioned rocking chairs. Less than a 20 min walk to all the live music on Broadway and great food nearby.The negatives however were the train rumbling in the night, unhoused people in the vicinity, and intermittent construction noise. May not be for those less flexible being in a more urban environment like our group. The proximity to downtown was worth it to us. All in all we were happy with this booking! ##### Kathryn H. Super clean. We were able to cook brunch with ease - kitchen well-equipped. Bedding super comfy. Great sitting room and tv to watch March Madness. Only issue - I’d suggest offering a heads up about the Rescue Mission that’s a block away and in the only route to walk to the Gulch. Also view from patio. The unhomed were not belligerent or disarming, it just was unexpected from an experience standpoint. We were warned about the train noise (there’s also a big bar across the street) but neither bothered us all that much - just urban fun. But the walking to the Gulch was something that should have been disclosed. Again, the condo in and of itself was fabulous.
