I was hopeful because no one stayed in the property the day before our stay. I was willing to pay the additional fees. I was told they would notify me when the cleaning service was done. I arrived an hour early and waited for the call, no call. Everything was still ok at this point. I had my things at the front door so I could enter at 3, I had my daughter's Wedding rehearsal and diner starting at 3:30, it was 2 miles away. After repeated attempts to use the code it did not work. I called and texted the number that sent me the message several times and no answer. To add to the stress level there had been a constant jack hammer from the time I arrived, - construction across the street. At 3:40, after loading everything back into my car, I got a response about the code. I am now 10 minutes late. "What happens when you add a check mark to the code I sent you", well the complete code usually opens the door and it did. As you go higher in the unit it gets hotter and hotter, so keep this in mind if you go in the Summer. There was also a ring camera and two other cameras posted on the outside entrance doors, kind of creepy. Finally, Sunday when we are leaving at 7, the lawn man arrives to cut the grass, and blows grass and dirt all over my car. I also am not sure the garage can hold two cars unless you have small cars.
