They're building a large apartment complex. It removes access to the second parking deck (you have basically only street parking) and use of the pool (which is really only slightly larger than a hot tub anyway). Location is great. It was filthy. Dirt on top of beds, dust bunnies everywhere, someone's dirty yoga pants in the drawer, old moldy towels in the washing machine. It isn't really walking distance to nightlife as advertised (minimum half hour walk).But it is a 5-10 minute car ride to everywhere in the city. ##### Drew R.
