The parking garage can fit two compact cars or one SUV.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Well first of all when we checked in we saw noise machines and ear plugs in each of the rooms. Then we figured out why, its so close to the main highways and also the trains. We had to sleep with he bathroom fan running all night along with all the other noise canceling items. Then we went to bed the bed frame was broken so we sank into the middle of the bed!! I have to say the management company did try and fix it after me giving them multiple texts and complaining. The sent out one guy and he did almost nothing and it broke again, so then 2 nights of bad sleep them finally on the 3 night to two more guys came in a made a new support for the bed, so finally after 3 night we got some sleep (other than the road noise). Then I go to make coffee and the coffee pot carafe is broken so I had to wait for two day for that to get replaced. So no sleep, no coffee, NOT GOOD. The location was good, but the area is not very good!!!

#### 21st in Nashville
Communication with Property management was great. The house was nice. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, we never had any issues but I definitely wouldn’t hang out outside after dark. Check in was awkward, we showed up at 4pm (scheduled check-in time) and the cleaning crew was still there. The floors were all still very wet. They hurried out. The shower/tub in the upstairs master bedroom was VERY annoying. The tub floor creaked really bad. The water pressure was terrible in all 3 showers. The hosts only provide 1 towel per person on the reservation, which was fine but having a couple extras would have been nice. The wifi instructions didn’t work, we had to reach out to the host for assistance and they provided different log in options. The beds are all very soft with little support. Just like the property description states, it is VERY noisy. You constantly hear the traffic. They do have noise machines in the bedrooms, but it is loud. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, but overall we had a nice stay.

The stay was great! The only thing I missed in booking was the fact that it was a three level town house! Those stairs where a work out but it was a beautiful home. We needed a few things and they were extra quick in responding getting us what we needed. Loved the location and wasn't bothered at all by road or train noise.

This property was exactly as listed online. The area that it is located doesn't seem the best, but it really is only about a 10-15min drive into downtown Nashville and significantly cheaper than any spaces in downtown! The property manager was great at communicating with us and was even able to let us into the property an hour early.

Not much to add to the property description. It is as advertised. Safe, comfortable and close enough to Downtown Nashville. One of the best property managers you will encounter in vacation rental industry. Be aware that the noise from the nearby highway is present at high transit times. Later in the night is tolerable. Recommended, will rent again.
