No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems. Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. They're not connected, they're "neighboring". Which means they're caddy corner across an alley/driveway with only the garages facing each other. Except you don't have garage access from the outside. Someone has to go in the front door to open the garage. And for one of the properties, there's no parking at the front door so you have to park by the garage and walk all the way around the building to the front door.The properties were very nice inside, clean, beautiful. We were missing dishwasher detergent, but that's not a big deal. The owner was very communicative which was great.The inconvenience of the two properties not actually being easy to access by the whole team was my biggest concern that I felt wasn't actually clear in the listing.Otherwise it was a great stay and we very much enjoyed ourselves. ##### Nichole W.
