The place was super clean and very modern. Plenty of space for everyone (7 of us). There isn’t much within walking distance, but it’s only about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, TopGolf, Five Points, Hunter Station, and several golf courses. Very close to downtown restaurants and activities. The host has thought of everything we could have needed, and more. Best part of the condo is the super comfy beds. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen/dining room table. We didn’t need to do laundry, but it was available if we wanted. The property was extremely clean and comfortable for my group and I. The manager was easy to reach for questions (even during the Holidays) and the property is in a decent location for making ride sharing easy and affordable. My group consisted of 4 people, but this property could easily accommodate more. Only minor issue was the parking. The spaces around the unit are quite small. The week we stayed, I drove a large SUV and so did each of the neighbors. Since other units had not yet been completed, I decided to park elsewhere and walk back to my unit, but that may not be so easy as the other unit are completed. Overall fantastic property and experience. We would certainly consider staying again and again. ##### Brandon N.
