Book now to enjoy your stay in Music City! I'm close by just call if you need me i'm happy to help We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm . Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce. Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History. Our building is secure. We will need to provide access to you via email to our Latch door system. It is also used to enter the secure parking garage where our two parking spots are located. We are set up to make you feel at home and comfortable while you’re staying with us. Our master bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom, and the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and second bathroom- so if you are two couples or a family with children, you each have your own space. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked to whip up a gourmet meal, while the living room is perfect for relaxing. We have Roku TV, or you may stream any of your favorite networks. The couch folds out to a queen bed if you have extra friends or a big family, and we also have a pack-and-play for the little ones. The dining area seats six for meals and is great for family conversations and games. Enjoy the outdoor area with your morning coffee as you plan your day in Music City. We have a washer and dryer in-unit & central A/C and heat. Rideshare Apps Popular services like Uber and Lyft offer convenient door-to-door service and ability to select desired class of service based on group size, car type, and desired luxury. Scooters Electric scooters have become a popular form of transportation in Nashville. Scooters are affordable, accessible and a sustainable car alternative. There are multiple scooter companies in Nashville such as Bird and Lime, that provide apps for users to pay and track scooters near their location. You can find available scooters near you using the app, and you can leave them in any safe location when you're finished. You must download the app and enter credit card details before using. Cab Individual cab companies are available at all hours to take you wherever you need to go. Order a cab by phone, app, or online to ensure a timely arrival with companies like Music City Taxi and Magic Taxi. Bicycles Hop on, hop off. Nashville's B-Cycle program allows visitors to easily cruise around town on two wheels. We are a NO parties, NO pets property- please leave the furry friends at home on this adventure. We are in an urban neighborhood- the sights and sounds of the city will be heard. We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay ! Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces. The hosts were kind, communicative, and helpful. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms (the one with the king bed) has a large cut out in the wall near the ceiling and is open to the kitchen. This meant that any activity going on in the living room and kitchen was bothersome to those in that room. There was very little privacy. We really liked the balcony over the river with the barges and trains busily working right outside. But very quiet when you are inside. The one thing to note in the second bedroom was the open section of the wall that faces the kitchen and living area. It was maybe not as private of a room, but it worked for us. We also learned that we were just a couple minutes walk to the Germantown area. Lots of places to walk to eat, a farmers market, and the minor league baseball team, Go Sounds!.They also were able to accommodate our request for a later checkout, which was really nice. The place is spotless right on the river, they have all the essential items like coffee, bathrooms are spacious and super clean all the bedding and towels were pristine. Building overall was extremely quiet even though we ran into people coming and going all the time. It's a short walk to Broadway, and even to go up to the gulch was around mile and half, but printers ally you can hit with a rock. There was 4 of us by no means cramped at all. The patio and river view were so nice to sit have coffee and drinks. We loved how everything was easily accessed with a remote app to open condo/garage/security.
