Broadway is also only 1.7 from your vacation home. If you’d rather drive, you’re minutes from all of Nashville’s attractions. There’s a shared pool at the complex if you’d rather work on your tan all day. When you return in the evening, bask in the central AC while you make dinner. Poor lightning, just lamps, floors were cracking and had soft spots, tub was disgusting, very noisy due to construction and host did not mention this, no elevator so you can’t accommodate all guests, not enough towels for the guests for the duration of their stay, stains on the carpet, and the sliding door doesn’t open or lock properly(there is a stick to keep people from coming inside). It was clean and it was nice to have a keypad to check in and not have to worry about coordinating keys. TVs and appliances are pretty new, and the kitchen is well-stocked. On the downside, we could not get a response from the property manager regarding any questions. I tried with both text and email. One of them was, “where is the pool and how do we get in”? This property is quite large and the pool is tucked at one end, into a complex that looks like it’s a separate building. You need a key to get into the pool which we weren’t left with. Also, I was staying here with a girlfriend and there was no hairdryer even though the listing said there was. This was annoying since both of us have really long hair. The lighting in the master bedroom is nonexistent. There is one table lamp and no overhead lighting. Makes it really hard to see things when getting ready. The bathtub drain would not hold a seal and we ran out of hot water. The pillows and bedding were very poor quality. There was no trashcan in the kitchen. The nightstands in the bedroom were laughably small so you couldn’t put anything on them. Also, we were awakened one morning by a very loud train whistle and another morning by a very loud party boat. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, unless maybe going to a Tennessee Titans game because you’re within walking distance of the stadium. ##### Lora C.
