The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting. ★Building Security & Access ★ Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes. ★The living room features a full-size sofa bed. By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed.
