This 1 bedroom executive suite condo provides the perfect combination of stylish design and comfortable living space! This beautiful unit is specifically a long term rental which works out nicely since you will never want to leave such an inviting haven. The neutral furnishings and pristine finishes provide the perfect backdrop for the cheerful decor and natural light. The Space: This unit only allows rentals in a minimum of 31-day increments. Layout: You'll enter the condo development through a code-secured entrance. The condo itself is all one-level living with an open concept kitchen and living room! Make sure that you check out the balcony, too! The master suite is right off of the living space and is complete with a cozy king size bed. Neighborhood: Located in the rapidly growing area of Wedgewood, the suite's building is ultra accessible to the comforts and necessities of the city and only 2 short miles from downtown. It's also walking distance to Houston Station with several local business and restaurants to explore. If you are looking for a trendy, comfortable, and convenient place to call home for the next several months, this striking space fits the mold! Parking: There is permit parking available for one vehicle. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Maintain at least six (6) feet social distancing from others when possible. Wear a mask, particularly in places like grocery stores and other public-serving businesses. Wash your hands using soap and water for at least twenty (20) seconds as frequently as possible. Carry hand sanitizer and use it frequently. During your stay, regularly clean and wipe down high-touch surfaces. Clean and wipe down personal items such as phones and wallets, and clean areas inside of your vehicles, such as steering wheels. Avoid contact with others who are sick. If You feel sick, isolate yourself from others and seek medical attention. (2) Should you become symptomatic or receive a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 during or within fourteen (14) days of vacating the property, we request to be alerted, to ensure our team takes proper quarantining precautions. The Neighborhood: Wedgewood-Houston is a small but established urban neighborhood located just 2 miles South of downtown Nashville. Don't forget that it's walkable to eats and activities! Wedgewood Houston is likely Nashville’s most actively changing and growing community. Getting Around: No rental car needed with this location - walk to several local restaurants, shops, and even a distillery! Lyft/Uber to downtown Nashville and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Country Music Hall of Fame in 3-5 minutes!!
