The tasteful design and functional layout of this gorgeous one bedroom, one bath will have you wishing for a longer stay in this ultra trendy space. The incredible location is also a major highlight, with its close proximity to the fabulous shopping and restaurants of Hillsboro Village, Belmont and the Vanderbilt areas, and Midtown. You'll truly have it all when you book the dreamy Commodore! The Space: ★Highlights★ \- Steps from Hillsboro Village \- Full kitchen \- 2 SmartTVs \- Coffee Maker ★Layout★ All on one level, the open concept layout features the kitchen and living area as you walk into the space. The laundry room, bedroom with queen bed, and the full bathroom are down the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living area. ★Parking★ Please park in one of the 3 guests spots located in back of the complex. There is also a parking pass available for street parking on 19th Avenue. ★The Neighborhood★ Conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Hillsboro Village is a collection of shops, boutiques, and restaurants perfect for a day’s stroll. Adjacent to Hillsboro Village is the Belmont area, which is home to Belmont University, historic homes, shops, and some great eating. ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Guest Access: You will have 100% private access to this home during your entire stay! The Neighborhood: Centrally located and only steps away from Hillsboro Village you'll be able to walk to incredible food and shops! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible and can easily get you to pretty much any major neighborhood in the city within 5-10 minutes or less. Score incredible food at places like the legendary Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, E3 Chophouse, and the Grilled Cheeserie just to name a few. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home! No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected. ★Damage Waiver★ You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. The location was very walkable to Vanderbilt as well as restaurants and shops in Hillsboro. It is also a short drive to 12 South. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space to relax.
