Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer and sugar. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. Guest Access: \*\*\* Early Check in is not able to be guaranteed. You may send a message the night prior or morning of your arrival to see if early check in is a possibility. The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. The door lock is a little finicky but after some practice we got it to work. The space is perfect for two couples with each bedroom having spacious bathrooms & closets. Train at all hours of the very early morning, kind of sucked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Kim W. This property was a great location to do it all. About 30 minute drive to the superspeedway and walked to everything downtown. This place also gives you one parking spot that is covered which was nice. The living space itself was perfect for the 3 adults. Very clean and the patio was perfect....would recommend having 1 or 2 folding chairs in the closet as there are only 2 chairs on the patio. Other than that this is a great place to stay. Perfect for 2 couples. Clean property with responsive management. Right next to the ballpark where Nashville Sounds play. The train stops at a decent time and doesn’t start until after 8am, no issue with noise. ##### Lois D. A short walk to everything, yet far enough that the neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We noticed the train passing during the day, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake any of us up at night. It was only a $9 Uber to and from Nissan stadium, which was the only place we visited too far to walk. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Nashville! ##### Amber O.
