Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer and sugar. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place. Guest Access: \*\*\* Early Check in is not able to be guaranteed. You may send a message the night prior or morning of your arrival to see if early check in is a possibility. The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. The door lock is a little finicky but after some practice we got it to work. The space is perfect for two couples with each bedroom having spacious bathrooms & closets. The small balcony was a plus and used often. The location was perfect for us as it was a quiet neighborhood and walk to Broadway about 15 minutes. About 30 minute drive to the superspeedway and walked to everything downtown. This place also gives you one parking spot that is covered which was nice. The living space itself was perfect for the 3 adults. Very clean and the patio was perfect....would recommend having 1 or 2 folding chairs in the closet as there are only 2 chairs on the patio. A short walk to everything, yet far enough that the neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We noticed the train passing during the day, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake any of us up at night. It was only a $9 Uber to and from Nissan stadium, which was the only place we visited too far to walk. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Nashville! ##### Amber O. We appreciated the feedback from one of the other reviews to bring ear plugs for the train that passes around the clock as the noise would have impacted sleep otherwise.
