Easily walk to all Germantown attractions including the new Sounds baseball stadium, many of Nashville's finest restaurants and nightlife, Farmers Market, and Bicentennial Mall. During your visit you might want to check out 2nd Avenue and catch some live country music and eat at one of the many unique to Nashville restaurants on Broadway or take a short drive to the famous Loveless Cafe to enjoy an amazing meal. This 1920s cottage is great for a long weekend or extended stay because of the newly added dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen provides simple pantry items like salt, pepper, spray oil, coffee, cream, and sugar as well as all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed for a quick breakfast before heading out. Within walking distance is Kroger. Lounge on the front swing or back deck with one of our books, enjoy one of the three smart TVs or bring your own device to connect to our high-speed WIFI. A notebook with information on WiFi, check-out instructions, and local restaurants is in the living room. Parking - We offer plenty of parking options, from public street parking to our private parking lot behind the cottages. Our parking lot is located off Taylor Street, down the alley on the right. Please refrain from parking on the grass. Location - The home is 20 minutes from BNA airport and is a simple drive or uber away. Looking for transportation? Bus routes? Uber or Lyft rates? Early Check-in/ Late Check-out - If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to the host before your trip begins so we can best accommodate you. Fees may apply. Local Area - Our cottages are located about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville and 2nd avenue. Within walking distance of our cottages, is Butchertown Hall, a unique restaurant that you can see from our front porches on 4th Avenue. Barista Parlor, a coffee shop, and 312 Pizza company are also recommended and close to the cottages. Within a few minutes drive of the area is the entertainment venue Topgolf. Contactless Check In and Out - Our contactless check-in process is simple. We will send you a message on VRBO with the exact address and a key code usually day of your check-in. Contactless check-out is easy as well, just leave clean dishes drying, used towels in the washer, and take out the trash. Having a family reunion? We have 3 cottages all close enough to host your large family get-together! Please send us a message and we will let you know our multi-home pricing. If you choose the $1500 deposit option over the insurance policy it will be collected at the time of booking and returned within 30 days of booking. Convenient to uber the shirt distance to Broadway . Germantown has so many nice gathering spots for drinks and really good food. Monells was fantastic! The bathroom needs updating. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the house overall. The dust was very visible. Other than those two things it was a great stay. ##### Noreen M. The kitchen floor and corners have extensive dirt build up.The windows need cleaning and when I opened the bathroom window, the screen was just lying inside and the sills were filthy. The bathroom sink did not drain, but when I contacted the host it was repaired immediately. The big bedroom was an office converted, with no closet, but does have a dresser and a rack over the door, but no hangers available for use however I left a few for the next guest. The second br did not have a closet for hanging clothes either. My friend hung up her clothes behind the door and forgot to retrieve them when we left. We left on Friday morning She realized it later in the day and we contacted the host. He said his “ staff” leave would leave them on the front porch 0930 Monday am.When she went to pick them up she had 2 seasonal sweatshirts that she pd 40 each for that were missing. We contacted the host and he said that the staff found no other clothing. The front porch swing adds a great curb appeal, but was covered in spider webs. The host was responsive, but not friendly. The house was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We felt totally safe, and check-in was super easy. We were mostly out exploring, but the AC was so perfect when we were there (it was 95 degrees out!) and the beds were super comfortable.
