Just 3 miles to downtown Broadway bars. WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville's most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road. There is shared parking connected to the condo building, but if you don't bring a car, this area is walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. The place was clean. It is very walkable for us to Belmont and Vanderbilt. There is also a Kroger we walked to just a block away for groceries. The pullout sofa had a more comfortable mattress than I have seen. The white noise machines were a nice touch as well, it is a city. This unit checks all the boxes for a clean, convenient and comfortable stay with greater value than staying at a hotel - especially if visiting the area as a parent assisting a Vandy student. I would stay here again. It is on par with a newly renovated Residence Inn or Courtyard, but with the benefit of being in a true apartment. We stayed at this condo for three nights and used it as a home base to help our daughter (incoming Vandy business school grad student) search for an apartment. My husband and I stayed in the king size bedroom and our daughter stayed in the queen bed. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. The unit was perfectly located, very clean on arrival, has updated finishes - it was clearly remodeled recently. Good pressure in shower, well stocked kitchen - new dishes, glasses, knives. Small but functional living area and desk is a nice touch as we had a few work tasks to tend to. Strong WiFi and safe mostly residential area. The unit is close by to a busy street, but the owner has installed blackout curtains to eliminate street lamp from interrupting sleep. There are no closets in the bedroom (the unit is on the small side) but for a short stay it is fine and the owner installed an open “closet” area with hanging bar and hangers. No drawers though, except in nightstand. Again - fine for a shorter stay. I really enjoyed this stay and was hesitant at first. I am glad I booked. ##### Tracy G.
