Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. This rental was perfect for my husband, our 1.5-year-old puppy & myself for a short weekend getaway. The neighborhood is great to walk around (reminded me more of the suburbs than the city) and it's within walking distance of cute shops & restaurants (We LOVED Double Dogs Restaurant for a night off Broadway & we could bring our pup!) Broadway is still a good 2 miles away; best to use a ride share (or scooters). The neighborhood was great to step out the door and go for walks. We walked into town and shopped at the little boutiques, enjoyed some ice cream and a cookie from Cookie Crumbl.
