Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!​​​​​​​ With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. It was perfectly located, just a couple of blocks to Broadway; we could see Morgan Wallen's place THIS BAR from the outside patio. The space was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The only complaint is that the hangers provided in the closet were permanently placed very low and were very slippery. Everything puddled to the closet floor or fell to the floor. If you have anything you don't want on the floor, use the railing in the loft bedroom. The building is secure and safe. It is busy and not really loud. The owner provides ear plugs which is great. It is a true loft experience, just know that privacy is lacking. We are a close family so it didn't bother us. Also, it seemed like they had down pillows on the beds. My sister and I have terrible allergies. Often places provide different foam pillows. The reason I did not give them a 5 and a low score on communication is because I had to call several times to find out if there were alternative pillows. They did not have a solution, know if they were down pillows or apologize for the lack of communication. It is not uncommon to have this type of allergy. My parking cost 189 for 4 days, but I never left the parking garage.
