Our group was 14 and everyone slept comfortably. You're about a 5 minute drive from a Publix Market Store, Colonial Liquors, and Hattie B's. The scooters can take you down to 12 S Avenue from the house. Getting to the downtown area isn't a hike at all. The pool table, ping pong transition, back patio, kitchen, and two large flatscreens really made this a worthwhile stay for our group. We had a small little hiccup with some lingering ants on the kitchen counter and Harley provided pest control to ensure that issue would be resolved within a few hours. Harley's communication and care are very thorough and if ever given the chance, we would be more than happy to come back and stay. All around, a great option for larger groups. ##### Michael K.
