The host barely communicated and had to contact Vrbo to have it cleaned as we had no where else to go. We barely had enough soap and linens for our group. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response the rest of the trip. I requested a refund multiple times with no response. The cleaning crew came at 9pm and left at midnight which also affected our trip since we couldn’t leave as all of our luggage was already there. There was stains on the furniture and carpets. Missing dry wall and minimal utensils. Everyone was comfy, very spacious, great AC, especially with the hot weather, had everything we needed (including karaoke!).The one difficult thing was the communication with the property. We requested early check-in, but our code was not valid. I had to call a few different numbers to get in touch with someone.
